Hi I'm Lwazi Ciniso Dlamini A very passionate and hardworking person. I always put technology first in everything i do. When i was young i dreamt of being a scientist. But luckily here i am a computer scientist or rather a software engineer. I love technology, i love robots, i love programming and i love solving real world problems with computers.

I so much have a great eye on Machine Learning, Neaural Networks, SpaceX, Tesla, Twitter, Github, Uber & Google. And also think humans will kill themselves in the near future with regards to AI, carelessness and the desire to explore beyond galaxies.

Chief Technology Officer at SinaweTech October 2020 - present

CTO, Project Tecnical Lead & Backend Developer Lead team of developers in developing software systems. Presenting reports on the company’s technology status, goals and or progress. Creating and implementing technology strategies. Aligning the company’s technology resources with the organization’s short- and long-term goals. Serving on the executive committee to align technology goals to other departmental and organizational objectives. Identifying what technologies can be used to improve the company’s products and services and creating and overseeing high-level KPIs for the IT department. Assisting in recruiting, onboarding and training Software Engineers. Moreover, I am the Research & Development's department manager and I work as a Backend Engineer, Project's Technical Lead and a DevOps Engineer.

Software Engineer at Cafe Dot Com January 2020 - Sptember 2020

Project Manager & Backend Developer Lead team of developers in developing software products inhouse and for clients. Used Python's FastAPI and GO to develop backend code and REST API's for cleint's applications. Few products being https://kingdomweb.net ; a web hosting and domain names product and also https://cafedbplatform.net a "Database As A Service" platform. Moreover I Organized, lead meetings, pitched and presented software products to clients.

Full Stack Developer at Nonkosi Telecoms January 2018 - December 2019

Lead Software Engineer analysing, designing and developing mobile applications with Kotlin, then later with Fluter, Dart and Firebase as a database. Developed web applications with VueJs, ReactJs & SvelteJs with MongoDB as a database, enforcing web security standards. Created multiple REST API's with ExpressJs, NodeJS, Flask with a layer of GraphQL, RethinkDB & MongoDB as a database. Worked with teams using Github & Gitlab, deployed apps to Heruku, Google Cloud & Digital Ocean. Setup Linux VPS's, developed machine learning, neural networks and AI algorithms with Python3, Pandas, Scipy and Sklearn. Organized, lead meetings and pitched, presented software products to clients.

Started as junior Software Engineer, analysing computer systems, formulating ideas, designing UI, doing good UX practices and pitching ideas to potential clients. Developed mobile applications using Java & XML in android studio , SQLITE database, Bootstrap UI in JavaFX desktop applications and designed & hosted websites and applications.
